A home-style Isan food, Look-Kai.

Many people have tried Thai food, but only a few people can distinguish whether they’ve had Central Thai food or Northeastern one. Today, I will introduce you to Northeastern dishes or Isan food. Look-Kai is a home-style restaurant located in Khao-Yai, Northeastern Thailand ( 3 hours drive from Bangkok) and it is surrounded by mountains.

Top left dish is spicy crispy pork chilli dip (Num-Prick-Kak-Moo).
Top right dish is Tom-Yum-shimp fried rice.
Bottom left dish is fried chicken with fish sauce.
Bottom right is stir fried shrimp with garlic.

There is a beautiful mixed of European-Thai style architectures.

  1. Hi there I personally love Thai food and this place looks very nice since it is simple but the food especially the Kra Pow stands out and the portion is huge as well as how the other menus that I searched up in the website looks very appetizing.

  2. The image you posted are beautiful, Thai is one of my favorite foods. The flavor is very authentic and filled with flavor. I have never tried the dishes you posted but I am sure going to take a look where they serve them around this area.
